1. Bookings
All appointments are booked via Fresha. By booking an appointment with Lynn Beauty Care, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may result in a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.
3. Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to ensure fairness to other clients.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unhappy with your result, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
5. Lash Extension Refill Eligibility
Refill appointments are available under the following conditions:
- 1-week refill: 5–9 days after your last full set
- 2-week refill: 10–16 days, with 60% or more lashes remaining
- 3-week refill: 17–20 days, with 40% or more lashes remaining
Appointments outside these parameters will be charged at the full set price.
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The $20 new client gift card is valid on the first visit with a minimum $100 spend.
7. Training Courses
All training course fees are due at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course date will forfeit 50% of the course fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course date will forfeit the full fee.
8. Public Holiday Surcharge
A $10 surcharge applies to all services performed on Queensland public holidays.
9. Allergy Disclaimer
Please advise us of any known allergies or sensitivities at the time of booking. While we take all reasonable precautions, Lynn Beauty Care is not liable for allergic reactions.
10. Photography
We may photograph your lash or brow results for portfolio and social media use. Please advise us at your appointment if you do not consent to photography.
