Refill rules
To keep your lashes healthy and your results consistent, we follow clear eligibility guidelines at every appointment.
40% Rule
At least 40% of your extensions must remain for a 3-week refill. A 2-week refill requires 60%+. Below these thresholds, a new full set is needed.
23-Day Limit
More than 23 days since your last appointment means a new full set is required — regardless of retention. This protects your natural lash health.
Natural Lash Health
We assess your natural lashes at every visit. If they need a rest, we’ll let you know. Your long-term lash health always comes before a refill.
Existing Clients Only
Refills are for existing clients whose most recent full set was applied here at Lynn Beauty Care. Clients from other salons will need a full set appointment.
Keep them lasting
Aftercare reminder
The same aftercare that protects a full set applies to your refill. Follow these to maximise retention between appointments.
First 24 Hours
Avoid water, steam, saunas, and oil-based products while the adhesive fully cures. This is the most critical window for retention.
Clean Daily
Clean your lashes every day with a lash-safe foaming cleanser. Buildup weakens the adhesive bond and can cause irritation — clean lashes last longer.
Avoid Oil Products
Oil breaks down lash adhesive. Use oil-free makeup removers, cleansers, and moisturisers near the eye area to protect your set.
Don’t Pick or Rub
Rubbing or picking removes extensions prematurely and can pull natural lashes. If something feels wrong, contact us — don’t pull.
